PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a crosslinked olefin polymer that controls stickiness and has improved rigidity, heat resistance, light resistance, water resistance, etc., while keeping injection moldability, spinnability and film formability in terms of moldability and keeping toughness such as elongation, break strength, etc., in terms of physical properties and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The crosslinked polymer is obtained by reaction between anα-olefin polymer prepared by polymerizing one or more kinds of≥6Cα-olefins or one or more kinds of≥6Cα-olefins and one or more kinds of otherα-olefins and a crosslinking agent and has (1)≥50 mol% of the≥6Cα-olefin unit content, (2) a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) calculated as polystyrene measured by a gel permeation chromatography (GPC) method of≥7.0, (3)≥5% by mass of a component having≥10<SP>6</SP>weight-average molecular weight (Mw) measured by a GPC method and (4) a stereoregularity index M4 satisfying≤75 mol%.
