PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductive panel which enables the rapid and efficient transmission of heat in a surface direction and is low in cost. SOLUTION: A metal sheet 11 such as an aluminum sheet or the like and a plurality of carbon graphite sheets 12 are mutually bonded through adhesive layers 13 to especially enhance heat conductivity in the surface direction by utilizing the features such as flexibility, compression elasticity, the good compatibility with a partner material and the like of the carbon graphite sheets 12.
