PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of lubricant in a seedling transplanting case and to inhibit penetration of muddy water of a paddy field into the case of a seedling transplanting mechanism including a vertically reciprocating seedling transplanting case having a dividing claw, a push out shaft extending along the longitudinal direction of the dividing claw which is pivoted as slidable in the axial direction, and a pushing out piece provided at the protruded end of the push out shaft of the seedling transplanting. SOLUTION: The seedling transplanting mechanism comprises seedling transplanting cases 18 with the push out shafts 25, a seal body 37 composed of a soft elastic body such as a rubber, wherein the seal body 37 is integrally formed with inward conical lip piece 38, the inner peripheral surface of which contacts to the outer peripheral surface of the push out shaft on one end, and outward lip pieces 39, 40, the inner peripheral surfaces of which contact to the outer peripheral surface of the push out shaft on the other end.
