The present invention refers to a system for receiving and transmitting information by both wireless and fiber optic means applied to the telecommunication field and, more particularly, to the construction and display of mobile telephony networks of the second (2G,GSM), third (3G,UMTS) and further generations (B3G) supported by fiber optic radio systems, which allow radio channels directly received into the optic domain to be bandpass filtered, and the antenna masts and BTS to be more easily and affordably developed, thus facilitating the display thereof. The present invention incorporates a filtering radio frequency functionality system integral with the photon domain, thereby allowing radiofrequency bandpass filtering functions to be implemented, which are useful for mobile communications fiber-radio systems, by means of photon techniques performed by electro-optic devices that are necessarily used in fiber-radio systems.
