The invention concerns compounds of formula (I), as well as their addition salts with mineral or organic acids, their solvates and/or their hydrates, having strong affinity both for human NK2 receptors of neurokinin A and for human NK3 receptors of neurokinin B and antagonists of said receptors. The invention also concerns their preparation method, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use for preparing medicines.
