COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR POWER WHEELING SERVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new information processing technique that is necessary for a wheeler to offer a power wheeling service.

SOLUTION: A computer system has means for acquiring meter reading data about a power supplier which uses power wheeling and meter reading data about customers of the power supplier; means for generating and databasing power generation data about the power supplier and demand data about the customers and storing the data in a DB; means for sending the databased data to a computer of the power supplier in response to a request from the computer of the power supplier; means for identifying an imbalance between power generation and demand by the databased demand data and calculating a wheeling charge on the power supplier from power transmission state data acquired from an interruption management system; and means for receiving generation plan data from the computer of the power supplier and sending the generation plan data to a feed control section of the servicer which offers the power wheeling service.
