<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of storing inputted image data into a portable storage medium in the state of high security even when an internal memory is turned into full state or fault state. <P>SOLUTION: When image data are received from external facsimile machine or PC, the use status of an image memory 8 is determined and when the image memory 8 is in the full state or when the image memory 8 is broken down, image data are encrypted by an encryption unit 9 using a password. The encrypted image data are written and stored into a flash memory 21 mounted in an external memory mounting portion 14. The received image data are not turned into storage disabled state and even if the flash memory 21 is carried out by anybody, the person who carries out the flash memory can not brows stored image data, so that high security is attained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
