PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus, a node apparatus, and a network system capable of more simply confirming whether or not data reach all of node apparatuses by utilizing a network structure while taking into account a network load so as to provide communication with higher reliability. SOLUTION: The communication apparatus for transmitting one or a plurality of same data to a plurality of node apparatuses for configuring a network is characterized in to include: a one-to-multi communication means for transmitting the same data to a plurality of the node apparatuses; a representative node apparatus information storage means for grouping the network configuration in response to a prescribed condition and storing information with respect to a representative node apparatus for representing a plurality of the node apparatuses belonging to each group; and a reception confirmation means for receiving reception information from the representative node apparatus of each group and discriminating that each node apparatus in a group to which the representative node apparatus belongs receives the same data on the basis of the reception of the reception information.
