PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric device which is small in size and low in height and easily adjusts a frequency response characteristic. SOLUTION: The first hole 41 of a resonance part Q1 has an opening on an outer side 21, and extends from the outer side 21 toward a facing outer side 22. The first hole 41 is equipped with a first internal conductor 61 inside. and the first internal conductor 61 is separated on the outer side 21 from an outer conductor film 3 by a gap. A second hole 51 has an opening on an outer side that does not face the outer side 21, communicates with the first hole 41 inside a dielectric base body 1 and is equipped with a second internal conductor 81 inside.
