PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize CM skipping and heading by an extremely simple technique. SOLUTION: A controller 14, when instructed from an input section 18 to skip CMs in reproducing operation, confirms whether there is a recording position of mode change time within three minutes as a normal broadcasting time of CMs from when the CM skip is instructed from the recording position at the time when the CM skip is instructed, and makes the CM skip up to the recording position of mode change time when the recording position of mode change time is present. The controller 14 when instructed to perform heading operation in the reproducing device makes a skip to the closest reference time recording position from the recording position at the point of time when the heading is instructed, and carries on the normal reproducing operation.
