摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of carrying out an EER method for a broadband modulation signal. SOLUTION: A detection circuit 102 detects the amplitude component of a modulation signal generated by a modulation signal generating circuit 101, frequency selection circuits 103, 105 apply band division to the amplitude component, and a frequency conversion circuit 106 down-converts the amplitude component with a high frequency band. Operational amplifiers 104, 107 respectively amplify the amplitude component selected by the frequency selection circuit 103 and the amplitude component frequency-converted by the frequency selection circuit 106, the frequency conversion circuit 108 up-converts the signal amplified by an operational amplifier 107 to restore the frequency of the amplified signal to the original frequency band. An adder 109 summates output amplitudes of the operational amplifier 104 and the frequency converter 108, and the summated signal is DC-converted. Frequency selection circuits 111, 113 each apply band separation to the amplitude after the DC conversion and a feedback amount is adjusted and thereafter the amplitudes are fed back to the operational amplifiers 104, 107.
