PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute feedback control value of the current of a reference current source by using a clock, a reference voltage, and a reference capacitor in order to maintain constant settling characteristics, without depending on change of a clock period and production variations or the like of a capacitor capacitance value in a circuit accompanied with charge/discharge of a capacitor such as a switched capacitor circuit. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device is provided with the following as a current control circuit, namely; a current source 11; the capacitor 12 connected to the output side of the current source 11 and charging a current outputted from the current source 11; a switch circuit 13 for controlling the charge/discharge of the capacitor 12; a voltage comparator 14 for comparing the charged voltage with the reference voltage; and a control circuit 15 which generates a control signal so as to make the charged voltage close to the reference voltage on the basis of the comparison results, feedbacks the control signal to the current source, and controls a reference current outputted to the outside of the current control circuit by the control signal.
