PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide outdoor base station equipment which can be installed side by side with no clearance and in which a plurality of amplifiers can be mounted without modifying the structure significantly by extending them side by side. SOLUTION: The outdoor base station equipment comprises: a body 1 internally mounting a module group 5 for transmitting/receiving a radio signal; a shelf structure 2 functioning as a means for holding amplifiers 3 arranged in parallel in the horizontal direction on the side face of the body 1 to move in the backward/forward direction of the body 1; the amplifiers 3 held by the shelf structure 2; and a back plug-in connector group 1e as a means for connecting the module group 5 in the body 1 electrically. A cooling fan unit 4 is provided above the amplifiers 3 thus held, the back plug-in connector group 1e is provided in a portion 16 projecting from the body 1, and a packing abutment surface 1d constituting a part of a waterproof means is provided.
