PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily insert a plurality of discrete semiconductors and bus bars into mounting holes in a printed circuit board. SOLUTION: The soldering terminal 12a of the discrete semiconductor 12 is inserted into a through-hole 33 in a resin member 31, and a bus bar 32 is inserted in a groove 34 in the resin member 31. The discrete semiconductor 12 and the resin member 31 in that state are fixed to a case 13. When the printed circuit board is placed on that case 13, the soldering terminal 12a of the discrete semiconductor 12 and the soldering terminal 32a of the bus bar 32 can be inserted into the mounting holes at the same time.
