PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a shape of a fixed plate (or a contact plate) and also facilitate assembling of the fixed plate and the contact plate or the like regarding a handle switch including the contact plate, the fixed plate and a movable plate and the like. SOLUTION: In the handle switch 1, a contact plate 10 with contact points 12 and a fixed plate 20 are joined with each main part thereof in parallel and with a distance, a movable plate 30 with an operating knob 32 is supported through an insertion shaft part between them so as to be oscillated, and a movable contact 40 contacting with the contact points 12 is mounted on the movable plate 30. The fixed plate 20 and the contact plate 10 fit in protrusions 13, 15 of the contact plate 10 into holes 23, 25 in two supporting pieces 22, 24 formed so as to be protruded at the right angle from the main part of the fixed plate 20, contact at the insertion shaft part, and further joint each other by making a step part 26 formed in the supporting piece 22 be contacted with the protrusion 16 of the contact plate 10.
