PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing sheet which reduces vertical wobbling generated by the rotation of a disk, absorbs and reduces vibration caused by resonance and achieves to avoid the fluctuation of height differences caused by adhered dust on the fixing sheet. SOLUTION: The ring-shaped fixing sheet, on which a disk 60 is mounted as a storage medium, is arranged on the rotary section of a disk device 70. Elastomer is used as a raw material of the fixing sheet and the sheet is constituted of a foamed layer having a prescribed thickness and the deflection rate by the compressing load of≤0.170MPa is set to at least 5%.
