摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise an internal temperature of a combustion furnace by high temperature gas produced by burning combustible gas provided by drying and partially gasified wet waste, and to enhance combustibility by supplying only combustible solid components produced by drying and partially gasifying the wet waste to the combustion furnace. SOLUTION: The device is provided with the combustion furnace 21 forming a fluidized bed 24 by air for fluidization to carry out combustion of the combustible solid components, a partial gasification furnace 22 forming a fluidized bed 32 by air for fluidization to carry out drying and partial gasification of the inputted wet waste 27, a material separating device 29 introduced with exhaust gas from the combustion furnace 21 to separate bed material and supplying the separated bed material to the partial gasification furnace, a combustor 36 burning the combustible gas produced by the partial gasification furnace to provide the high temperature gas, an outer side passage 34 formed on an outer circumference of the combustion furnace, introduced with the high temperature gas from the combustor 36, and heating the combustion furnace from the outside, and a return pipe 21a returning the combustible solid components not gasified by the partial gasification furnace to the combustion furnace along with the bed material.
