PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is some fear to come off a wire from a fastener when the wire is pulled with the power of some extent as the friction power between the wire and the face to hold down this is not so big, because the conventional fastener holds the wire by a head of a flat bolt and an end face of a cap nut with the same head as that of flat bolt. SOLUTION: A wire W1 and a wire W2 are pinched by the end and the convex part 29 of a bar body 15 and furthermore pinched by a face (face on the male screw part 25) 35 under the end face 33 and the head 23 on the side of an opening 11 of cylindrical part 7. The part of the wire W1 and the wire W2 that is held by an end of a bar body 15 and a convex part 29 is pressed by a big pressure of the wire W1 and the wire W2, because the pressure centered on the narrow area.
