PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side-bar type cylinder lock for interchange capable of being easily replaced with a disk tumbler type cylinder lock in a lock handle device for a door. SOLUTION: A lock receiving section 5 receiving a rotor 7 of the disk tumbler type cylinder lock 6 is formed in the handle 3 or a fixed body 2. Two locking grooves 12 detachable to the interlocking end section 11 of a disk tumbler 10 are formed in the inner circumferential surface of the lock receiving section 5. A diameter of the outer circumference of a plug 18 of the side-bar type cylinder lock 17 is made to coincide with a diameter of the inner circumference of the lock receiving section 5. The outer circumferential outline of a root section of an angle locking section 29 of a side-bar 24 detachable to the locking grooves 12 is formed in the shape of a cross-section almost coincident with the inner circumferential outside of an opening section of the locking grooves 12 of the lock receiving section 5.
