PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking-unlocking confirming device having high versatility applicable even to existing key and lock, while enhancing reliability and durability in a display of a magnet, in the locking-unlocking confirming device for confirming locking and unlocking by a display magnet. SOLUTION: This locking-unlocking confirming device has a guide hole arranged in the direction orthogonal to a rotary shaft of the key, a moving magnet movably arranged in the guide hole, magnetic substance pieces arranged on both end sides of the guide hole, a locking magnet for attracting the moving magnet to a locking side magnetic substance by repulsing to the moving magnet when rotating to the locking side by inserting the key into a key hole in the vicinity of the key hole, and an unlocking magnet for attracting the moving magnet to an unlocking side magnetic substance when rotating the key to the unlocking side.
