PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseboard structure capable of allowing furniture to closely abut on a wall surface. SOLUTION: This baseboard structure is characterized in that a baseboard 1 is fixed to a boundary part between a wall panel 2 for fixing a gypsum board 2a and a floor panel 3 for fixing a flooring 3a; in this baseboard 1, the gypsum board 2a abuts on its upper end surface, and abuts on the wall panel 2 and the floor panel 3; a first cutout part 1a is formed on a lower end front face of the baseboard 1; an end part of 3a is inserted into this first cutout part 1a; and a front face of the baseboard 1 becomes flush with a surface of the gypsum board 2a.
