PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder pad enabling a shape of a shoulder part to be easily reshaped to a proper shape without piling a nonwoven fabric, and having a large air permeability. SOLUTION: The shoulder pad 10 for reshaping the shoulder part of clothes, capable of passing air through the shoulder part and arranged in the inside of a surface cloth is constituted of a flexible resin sheet 14 having outer edge parts 14A and parallelly formed many slit holes 14B in nearly rectangle shapes, and the flexible resin sheet 14 is held in a bent shape so as to follow the shape of the shoulder part by tape bodies 16 pulling two positions of the outer periphery part 14A.
