摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture an optical device such as a microlens plate with high quality. <P>SOLUTION: An adhesive (230a) functioning also as an optical medium to regulate the optical characteristic of a lens surface is arranged at least in a lens area on either surface of a transparent plate member (210) where the lens area (99) having a concave (201) or a convex to regulate the lens surface of a microlens is formed, and also spacer (235) having prescribed dimensional shape to regulate the thickness of the adhesive and composed of the same material as the adhesive is arranged at least in a part of a peripheral area positioned on the periphery of the lens area.
