PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture frame device capable of playing and recording sounds. SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a picture frame device, capable of playing sounds, having a frame fixing a picture therein, a code reader disposed on the frame and reading a bar code on the picture by moving the code reader, a decoder coupled to the code reader and decoding the bar code into an audio file, and a player coupled to the decoder and outputting the audio file.
