PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an initializing signal output circuit which is capable of reducing the malfunction of a circuit where two or more power supply voltages generated by a difference are applied between power supply voltages. SOLUTION: The initializing signal output circuit 10 which outputs initializing signals IN to initialize an inner circuit 20 is equipped with a first detection circuit 11 which detects a lower power supply voltage V1 supplied to the inner circuit 20 and outputs a first detection signal D1, a second detection circuit 12 which detects a higher power supply voltage V2 supplied to the inner circuit 20 and outputs a second detection signal D2, and an evaluation circuit 13 where the first detection signal D1 and second detection signal D2 are inputted and which outputs the initializing signal IN when the lower power-supply voltage V1 is an operating voltage V1tr higher than a voltage which enables the first detection circuit 11 to output the first detection signal D1.
