<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly reduce an operator's load by automating most of the procedure of reexamination request to an increase and decrease point report and an incorrect assessment report to make the operator operate only parts for which diagnosis of a doctor or the like is required. <P>SOLUTION: Basic information of a patient and request information of its receipt are obtained from a host computer 1 and various types of data servers 2 by inputting a patient name and assessment information described in the increase and decrease point report or the like notified by a third examination organization to a terminal device 5. A list for reexamination request is generated by registering them. Then, the person corresponding to the reexamination request is extracted from the list by, for example, a clinical department, and an action to an assessment reason is considered by referring to statistical data accumulated in various types of data servers. After the action is determined, a reexamination request statement reflected thereby and an application reason statement with a description of the request reason are generated and printed out to be sent to the third examination organization. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
