PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunoassay system which automatically can perform high-accuracy as well as speedy immunoassay. SOLUTION: This immunoassay system is equipped with a pretreatment unit, comprising a filtering section 101 of a sample solution containing microorganism under test, a condensate generating section 102, a container for recovery 103 which collects the microorganism under test into a reaction liquid, and an ultrasonic disintegrating section 105 which performs ultrasonic disintegration of the collected microorganism, to make the antigen in the microorganism diffuse into the reaction liquid; an immune reactor 111 for providing antigen-antibody reaction between both of these in the reaction liquid; a luminous reactor 115 for making the antigen-antibody complex generated by immune reaction react with luminescence reagent; a shifting device of equipment used for immunoassay; and a controller section which controls each device and automates immunoassay of microorganism.
