PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle location information collection system, a vehicle location information collection method, and a vehicle location information analyzing system or vehicle location information analyzing method for reducing processing at a vehicle side, and for efficiently collecting location information available for various arithmetic operations, and for reducing the error of location information, and for executing the accurate plotting of the location information on the map network information. SOLUTION: A vehicle traveling data group is extracted from X coordinates and Y coordinates as location information and time information at the location, and the respective location information of a vehicle traveling data group is plotted on map network information where intersections serves as node information, and roads connecting the node information serves as link information.
