PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability etc. during work for infilling a refrigerant gas. SOLUTION: Construction machinery with an air conditioner is equipped with the air conditioner 20 for air-conditioning the inside of a cab 14 where an operator seats himself/herself. In the construction machinery, a refrigerant-gas injecting port 31a for infilling the cooling gas into the air conditioner 20 is provided to the side of a floor surface 13a of an upper structure 13 at least in a height position to be within the reach of the worker standing on the ground.
