PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost of an engine mount by making an upper plate metal fitting have an integral structure. SOLUTION: In a first press process, forming for cutting and bending a metal fitting into the shape of the upper plate metal fitting 2 and drilling of a bolt insertion hole 3 are performed. In a second press process, a trimming 5 enlarging the bolt insertion hole 3 in diameter and projecting to both of front and rear face sides is formed in the bolt insertion hole 3 drilled in the first press process. In a final third press process, the shape of the trimming 5 is corrected. In the second press process, a recessed groove 6 is formed at the boundary between a projecting part 5a of the trimming 5 extruded and formed in a punching direction of a punch and a plate surface.
