PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a razor improving the usability further than that of a conventional one. SOLUTION: This razor is provided with short-side parts 7 and 8 of a frame 9 in a blade holder 4 and a connecting part 3 respectively to facilitate a pulling shave and a pushing shave while stretching the skin surface 50 by the frame 9 and, even if the frame is rotationally turned, the frame 9 is prevented from abutting on a handle 2 so that, when pullingly and pushingly shaving, the frame 9 can be rotationally turned to the other end 4B of the blade holder 4 where the frame is prevented from abutting on the skin surface 50. The frame 9 is positioned in the other side 4B of the blade holder 4 to surely pullingly and pushingly shave with one hand without adjusting the angle of the frame 9 or changing a hand gripping the handle 2 to the other and improve the usability further than that of the conventional one.
