PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pet toilet having a structure in which a draining board having an uneven lower surface is used and a lower section having a laid urine absorbing material is made to be withdrawal, and able to easily exchanging the urine absorbing material with smooth operation of a drawer. SOLUTION: The pet toilet 10 is made by dividing a main body 13 of the toilet into the upper and lower parts by the draining board 14, laying an excretion treating material 15 on the upper layer and the urine absorbing material 11 on the lower layer. The lower part in which the urine absorbing material 11 is laid has the structure in which the drawer 16 is withdrawal. A support face 31 is installed on the upper part of a side wall 30a at the utmost back of the drawer 16. The width B1 of the support face 31 in the withdrawing direction X is wider than the distance of the withdrawing direction X component between convex parts 32 provided on the lower surface of the draining board 14. The convex parts 32 provided on the lower surface of the draining board 14 are formed, for example, of downward protrusions of lateral ribs 18 extendingly installed in a direction crossing the withdrawing direction X.
