PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent members of an inner circuit board from being broken by the re-writing of information on its surface though the recording and reproduction of audio information are possible. SOLUTION: In the audio message transfer sheet 1 formed by pinching a reproducible audio information recording/reproducing part 30 between surface sheets 10a and 10b and supporting sheets 20a and 20b, a resin layer 6 made of a polymer material is provided on an information entry region 5 provided for entering information in the surface sheet 10a.
