PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray dryer with a simple structure, wherein a uniform mixed powder can be obtained with no relation to characteristics of each powder by directly supplying plural kinds of raw materials into a drying chamber and uniformly mixing these plural kinds of raw materials in the drying chamber. SOLUTION: The spray dryer is equipped with a drying chamber, having a sprayer for spraying to supply a liquid raw material containing a solution or a dispersed liquid of a solid, a dry-gas supplying opening to which the dry gas for obtaining powder by drying the liquid raw material is supplied, and a powder and gas discharging opening where the obtained powder and the dry gas are discharged together. The powder and gas discharging opening has a guide vane for giving revolving flow to a mixed powder and the dry gas to discharge them from the powder and gas discharging opening to the outside of the drying chamber, wherein the mixed powder is obtained from one kind of liquid raw material sprayed to be supplied into the drying chamber, one kind or two or more kinds of liquid raw materials sprayed to be supplied further, and/or one kind or two or more kinds of powder raw materials supplied into the drying chamber.
