<p>The invention concerns a powdered or granular composition, useful for preparing non-food and non-pharmaceutical products. The invention is characterized in that it contains at least one leguminous starch, and at least one additive selected among a flowing agent, a filling agent, a polymer, an active principle or a mixture thereof.
