The invention concerns a device (6) comprising a sealing housing (10) provided in its lower part, with a sink (22) for collecting a residual liquid, and an assembly (30) for bleeding the residual liquid which comprises means for evacuating the liquid collected in the sink and means for venting the housing. The means evacuating the liquid comprise an orifice (36) provided in the housing substantially at the base of the sink (22). The venting means comprise an orifice (34) provided in the housing wall (10) substantially opposite the liquid evacuating means (36). A single closure (40) is mobile between a sealing position wherein its upper part forms a sealing plug (42) for the air intake orifice (34) and its lower part forms a sealing plug (48) for the liquid evacuating orifice (36), and a liquid bleeding position wherein its upper part is cleared from the air intake orifice to enable the housing to be vented and its lower part is cleared from the liquid evacuating orifice to enable the housing to be bled by gravity.
