The connecting and inserting element in combination with connection system has 60[deg] or 120[deg] angle in at least one location. Connection system is made of rectangular support elements with a width and depth with feature, that each support element has two recesses aligned perpendicular to depth of support elements. Recesses with bent of 30[deg] are oriented vertical to rectangular support element. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) Construction element; and (B) Insert element.
