A current supply circuit supplies bias current to a function circuit constituted by a plurality of circuit units, for example an A/D converter circuit having a plurality of comparators. The current supply circuit comprises bias current supply sections (B1-B15) for supplying bias current, the bias current supply sections being provided for each of the plurality of circuit units (CP20-CP35). Bias current setting terminals (Vb) are provided for each of the bias current supply sections. Respective bias voltages at the bias current setting terminals are set for adjusting the bias current. Resistor elements (RB1-RB14) connect adjoining bias current setting terminals. In operation, banks of switches (SW-A) and (SW-B) are controlled to apply a first bias voltage (VA) to a first set of bias current supply sections and to apply a second bias voltage (VB) to a second set of bias current supply sections. For a third set of bias current supply sections between the first and second sets, an intermediate bias voltage between the first and second bias voltages is applied by means of the resistor elements.
