An Independent claim is also included for a process for producing a fish sausage product consisting of the indicated ingredients, comprising: comminuting the frozen fish meat while adding water and/or ice; mixing the product with the other ingredients; optionally adding pieces of wels or salmon meat; filling a sausage casing or can with the mixture; and heat-treating the product. |
