摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discover a regeneration method capable of efficiently desorbing adsorbed siloxane and a regeneratable adsorbent and to develop a desorption method of siloxane and an automatic regeneration method of the adsorbent. <P>SOLUTION: The method for removing siloxane is characterized in that a gas RV for regeneration is ventilated to a resin adsorbent absorbing siloxane to desorb siloxane and the resin adsorbent is regenerated. The gas RV for regeneration or the resin adsorbent are heated to increase regeneration efficiency. Further, the method for removing siloxane is provided in which the gas RA to be treated containing siloxane is circulated through the resin adsorbent to adsorb and remove siloxane, the gas RV for regeneration is ventilated to the resin adsorbent to regenerate siloxane and adsorption and regeneration are repeated to continuously remove siloxane from the gas RA to be treated.
