The armature has at its end an outlet (3). A base (2) has a valve and the other end is arranged with the discharge outlet which is over a connection channel (C) with the base (2) connected. The discharge outlet (A) is surrounded by a circulating wall (3w), providing a high-speed clamp (3m) for coupling functional elements. The discharge outlet (A) is formed by a discharge channel which is limited by an inside and an outside circulating channel wall (31, 3f). The internal and outside channel walls (31, 3f) are concentrically arranged to each other. The discharge is formed by a hollow cylindrical discharge channel (3k), such as an internal cylinder (3d'), which forms the internal channel wall of the discharge channel (3k) with an outside lateral surface.
