The device has an L-shaped ring (23) cooperating with an inner end portion (26) of a web (22) for radially retaining a compressor shaft (3) via its longitudinal portion (24) and axially retaining a fan via its radial portion (25). Fingers (27) cooperate with orifices (28) formed in the web during decoupling of bearings to prevent the rotation of bearing supports (9, 13), where clearance is formed between the fingers and the orifices. An independent claim is also included for a turbomachine comprising a rotor with a drive shaft.
