The arrangement has two gear wheels that are fixed in contact. Shafts for generation of lubricant jet have channel system for passing lubricant. An outlet, at which the lubricant jet is discharged, is arranged in the shafts. A deflecting device (34) deflects the lubricant jet in direction of tooth contacts. The deflection device is arranged at a distance from the tooth contacts and outlet. An independent claim is also included for a screw pump for producing vacuum.
