Material (I), for high frequency absorption and sound absorption and with flame retarding characteristics, comprises a polymer matrix (a) comprising a mixture of at least a crosslinker or its system and an activator or its system, a polymer blend with at least two polymer components, where at least one polymer component is a vulcanized rubber; and a filler in the powder form and evenly distributed, preferably a ceramic material. Material (I), for the high frequency absorption and sound absorption as well as with flame retarding characteristics, comprises a polymer matrix (a) (comprising a mixing ingredients of at least a crosslinker or a crosslinking system and an activator or an activator system, a polymer blend with at least two polymer components, where at least a polymer component is a vulcanized rubber; and the filling degree of filler is at least 40 wt.%) and a filler in the powder form and essentially evenly distributed, preferably a ceramic material, which is processed with high frequency absorbing, sound-absorbing and flame retarding characteristics.
