Crimping tool for crimping plugs with shield

The tool has a shield retainer and a set of individual contacts, which are to be connected to a shield of a cable and its conducting wires, by crimping. Two hand levers (3) are designed for actuation of upper and lower crimping dies (17, 22). The crimping dies are designed in such a manner that the movement of the dies is coordinated to allow the shielding retainer and the contacts to be simultaneously crimped by the dies.
