A magnetic sensor assembly comprising a magnetic sensing element. In a magnetic sensor assembly (100), a magnetic sensing element (140) is secured to a base (110) such that the magnetic sensing element (140) can be erected by erecting the base (110). Consequently, a magnetic sensor for sensing three axial components of a geomagnetic vector can be manufactured easily. In the base (110), a first terminal (120) is provided on a first surface (112) and a second terminal (124) is provided on a second surface (114). The first terminal (120) is electrically connected with an electrode (144) of the magnetic sensing element (140) and the second terminal (124) is electrically connected with an external wiring. |
