<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a money processing apparatus that provides a degree of freedom when an owner performs collective closure. <P>SOLUTION: The information management system 1 includes a money counting means 6 for recognizing and counting the money received; an operation display part 13 for displaying information inputs for processing and the results of processing; a storage part 14 for storing tenant identification information inputted from the operation display part 13 and count information counted by the money counting means in association with each other for every piece of tenant identification information; and a control part 15 that performs, at the input of instructions by a manager, the process of collective closure of the money stored in the storage part 14. A register terminal 3 capable of communicating data to the money processing apparatus is disposed in a tenant store. Manager identification information is stored in the storage part 14. When detecting the manager identification information, the control part 15 searches for money processing information stored in the storage part 14.
