[Also in Division H1] An audible alarm interval timer is mounted on a cooker time switch (see Division H1) and is operated by the same synchronous motor but is otherwise independent thereof except inasmuch as its setting knob 47 is axially depressible to act also as the setting knob for the cooking stop time. The knob 47 is spring-urged outwardly so as normally to be in its time-interval setting position. The timer is substantially the same as that described in Specification 984,224 but is made more compact by arranging the knob 47 to be coaxial with the clock setting knob 37 and providing a fourth hand 36 to indicate the cooking stop time on the clock dial 32 instead of in the window immediately above the knobs 37, 47, thereby enabling this window to be used for the indication of the time interval setting (as shown). |
