A method for manufacturing adhesive sheet includes the following steps: providing a carrier, forming a coating layer on the carrier, and solidifying, flushing and baking the coating layer for manufacturing a continuous porous sheet; and leveling a surface of the continuous porous sheet for manufacturing a continuous porous adhesive sheet by using a leveling process, wherein the non-flatness of the surface is less than about 10 mum.
