TURMERIC-CONTAINING COMPOSITION

It is intended to provide a novel composition containing turmeric which is capable of fully exhibiting usefulness in protecting and improving liver functions. Namely, a turmeric-containing composition characterized by containing turmeric together with squalene or squalane as the active ingredients. This turmeric-containing composition may further contain piperine and/or dietary fiber. As a result, this novel composition has a remarkable effect of protecting and improving liver functions and a synergistic protecting and improving effect can be established compared with the cases where these ingredients are each employed alone.
